Warranty Service

We are authorized to perform warranty repairs for the following manufacturers:

If your unit is still under warranty, send it to us with your proof of purchase and details of the problem, and it will be repaired and returned to you promptly.

Out-of-Warranty Service

If the manufacturer’s warranty period for your unit has expired, you may still send it to us, and we will provide a full diagnostic report for a minimum fee. The diagnostics will include a description of what needs doing and what parts are needed, together with an accurate repair cost. So you will know exactly what the repair will cost before any work is done!

Board-Level Repairs

Our service team is trained to perform repairs at the component or board level . This may save you money because components will not be replaced unnecessarily.

Technical Support

If you should need technical assistance for any reason after we have repaired and returned your system, give us a call. We will help get you up and running in no time

In-Home Service

If you are located within our In-Home Service Area, we can visit your home or business and service your equipment there for a minimum fee. To verify whether your location is within our In-Home Service Area, please contact us.
